At the start of the New Year many folk think up some resolutions - promises that they either make to themselves or to someone else to try and improve or change something in their everyday lives.  One of the most popular resolutions people make is to improve their health by either diet, exercise or both. 

For the majority of our Posties this can be a rather simple task! 

Since we expanded our E2E delivery service across South West London and Greater Manchester, we now have over 2000 Posties delivering mail - 90% using our fleet of bicycles on their rounds.

Of course, getting out in the fresh air on a bike provides our Posties with some serious health benefits and could help you too if you're looking to improve your health and fitness this year.  Here are some of the benefits that can be received from cycling:

All of our Posties who use a bike receive appropriate road cycling safety training and we ensure that they are suitable to deliver mail using a bicycle.  We want to reduce risk of injury to all of our cyclists and ensure that they are eligible to be safe and cautious on the busy roads of London and Greater Manchester.
