To coincide with its relocation to new premises in Northamptonshire, the Abbey Medical Practice wanted to review its existing patient communications to seek new efficiencies. With over 7,000 registered patients, it was vital to find a less labour-intensive, more cost-efficient way of sending high-volume mailings to its patients.
