Clare joined the E2E Customer Service team back in May 2014 and has become an integral part of the team. Her main role is to meet the needs of our customer’s enquiries and to investigate any complaints regarding our E2E service.

Since starting our Apprenticeship Programme back in October 2013, we currently now have 21 apprentices in our Coatbridge, Warrington, Leeds and Bristol Depots. The apprenticeship programme, which is run in partnership with our training provider First4Skills, is aimed at young people aged 16- 24 years old, who want to start a career in a chosen field. Working towards a nationally-recognised qualification, they are able to gain practical skills and experience whilst employed and earning a wage.

Taking up a challenge to sail from Liverpool to Whitehaven via Belfast in a tall ship, without any experience, would be a daunting prospect for anyone. Having to work as a team with people you have never met before and learn to work together to win a sail race makes it that bit more overwhelming.
But not for two of our apprentices who did exactly that.
