Requirements

  • Minimum volume of 4000 items per collection per day, for each unique ID, not per mailing house
  • Mail must be sorted by format and postcode
  • Mail must meet the minimum bag fill requirements set for each format
  • A minimum of 90% of mailing items must be fully and accurately addressed and postcoded in accordance with the Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File
  • Every item must carry a TNT Post approved indicia
