Our TranSend service revolutionises the way you send letters. Send us your finished letter electronically, and in seconds we receive, print, fulfill and inject your mail into our nationwide network for delivery. It’s secure, easy to set up and you can track your documents. TranSend offers a hybrid mail service for Letters and Large Letters delivered across the UK.

There are three ways you can use TranSend Letters to send out your mail:

  • For small daily or ad hoc mailings, use the ‘You-Send’ option to send individual documents or small batches quickly and easily
  • For larger mailings, install the ‘Auto-Send’ option. With Auto-Send, we scan a defined folder and automatically send documents you have saved there to your pre-defined specifications
  • For mail-merged documents, we provide an online submission tool. The 6-step wizard is simple to follow and you just upload your document and mailing list
