Business customers confirm TNT Post as leading competitor to Royal Mail

Postcomm survey shows TNT Post has the highest awareness rating amongst alternative mail providers

31st March 2010: TNT Post continues to be the leading competitor to Royal Mail according to the latest Postcomm Business Customer Survey with a 39% overall awareness of its services by business customers, compared to its nearest rival DHL (18%).

The survey also highlighted that TNT Post has the highest level of recognition amongst alternative mail services providers in key sectors including financial services (54%), trade (37%) education and health (32%) and industry (29%).

TNT Post has experienced considerable growth since it began operations in 2004 and is expected to handle over 3 billion items in 2010 for clients both in the public and private sector including well known brands Sky, BT, Centrica, Barclays, NPower, Next and Orange.
