TNT Post to deliver The Phone Book from BT

BT has appointed TNT Post (Doordrop Media) Ltd to distribute The Phone Book from BT to 3.2 million homes across the UK as part of a three year contract.
The contract, awarded following a competitive tender, will see TNT Post deliver 22 of the 170 local editions of The Phone Book using its own National Network. The first area to be targeted by TNT Post is Newbury with initial Phone Book deliveries expected at the end of May.
The Phone Book from BT provides almost every home and business in the UK with a quick and easy method of finding residential, business and classified numbers. Produced on an annual basis, it is essential that BT ensures it is delivered efficiently and effectively. With TNT Post consistently scoring the highest levels of 'on target, on time' delivery efficiency in the doordrop industry, the company is well positioned to take charge of delivering BT's Phone Books throughout the UK.
