Who’s it for?
- Businesses who cannot meet all of our pre-sorted (Premier) and unsorted (PremierSort) machineable mail solutions but have additional mail items
- Organisations that send less time sensitive non-machineable mail second class within the UK or internationally and to the Armed Forces.

Product details
What can be sent?
AllSort allows for TNT Post customers to send additional mail items that they have but do not meet the specification for machineable mail. A selection includes:
- Handwritten items
- Polywrapped items
- Packets
- Parcels
- Items thicker than 5mm
- Items heavier than 100g
Are there minimum volumes?
The minimum volume requirement is 250 items but volume requirements are geographic dependant.

National Mail
What is the National service?
A 3 day national service within the UK for unsorted letters, large letters, packets and parcels that do not meet the machineable item specification
Day 0
- Unsorted mail collected from customer
- Mail delivered to TNT Post sortation centre
Day 1
- Mail recorded, sorted and bagged
Day 2
- Bags of sorted mail delivered to Royal Mail
Day 3
- Mail delivered by Royal Mail
International Mail
What is the International service?
A 4-8 day service for unsorted letters, large letters and packets with flexible collection times that are arranged between the customer and TNT Post. Items of mail are delivered by various international carriers between 4-6 working days in Europe and 6-8 days for the rest of the world

- Unsorted mail collected from customer
- Mail delivered to TNT Post sortation centre
- Mail sorted and then recorded into international zones
Day 1
- Bags of sorted mail delivered to our international mailing partner
- Mail sorted to country destination
Day 2
- International mail dispatched
Day 2-3
- Mail in transit to destination country
Day 4-8
- Mail delivered internationally

Customs declaration
AllSort allows you to send packages to destinations outside the EU, although you will probably need to attach a customs label to the item. For information on customs see the AllSort Customer Guide

- Unsorted mail collected from customer

- BFPO mail sorted, recorded and bagged
Day 1
- Bags of sorted mail delivered to BFPO
Day 2-3
- Mail sorted by BFPO number
- Mail dispatched by BFPO
- Mail in transit to destination country
Day 4-8
- Mail delivered to BFPO recipient
