Product Details
What Happens to my mail?
PremierSort Flex works on a similar basis to that of PremierSort. It offers customers a service that sorts machine readable mail automatically and ensures that they are delivered by the third working day (Mon-Sat).
The geographic location that the mail is collected from and delivered to determines the delivery day. Those located within the delivery catchment area of our sortation centres will receive their mail within 2 days; those outside will receive their mail within 3 days.
Day 0
- Unsorted mail collected from customers
- Mail delivered to TNT Post sortation centres
- Mail machine sorted
Day 1 or Day 2
- Bags of mail delivered to Royal Mail
- Bags are signed for by Royal Mail
- Royal Mail local sortation
Day 2 or 3
- Delivered by Royal Mail

Are there minimum volumes?
A minimum of 250 items per collection is required. Volume collections per collection are also geographic dependant.

For ease of coordination and sortation of your mail, TNT Post has a preference that mail is presented without the TNT Post indicia.
