Royal Mail Product Manager (Marlow)
To support the Marlow and Manchester sales teams on an ongoing basis, supporting on a wide range of accounts, focusing specifically on Royal Mail clients. The job will involve taking ownership of Royal Mail, managing the account, participating in meetings and ensure outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for developing booking & invoicing procedures to ensure RM deadlines are met.
The role will involve managing a team of 2 people, allocating work and holding regular meetings. You will therefore need to possess good people management skills, such as managing performance, interviewing, training and coaching etc.
The role will involve liaison with internal departments especially Account managers and account directors to help build customer relationships.
