Booking Coordinator

We are recruiting a Booking Coordinator to work with the Royal Mail Team, in the DoorDrop Media Division.

The role will involve taking direction from the Royal Mail Product Manager and Royal Mail Booking Supervisor in managing the day to day bookings of the vast majority of Royal Mail Door to Door distributions within TNT Post, whether they be Online or with the Royal Mail Booking Centre, ensuring all bookings are made within a timely manner and all deadlines are adhered to. On a daily basis you will need to liaise with Royal Mail keeping abreast of any alterations to the On Line Booking System while keeping on top of all the administration that is involved in the booking process, producing delivery instructions and labels.

Candidates should be qualified preferably to A Level standard or equivalent, and have experience in a sales/administration environment. You will also need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated have proven telephone experience, and have the ability to work under your own initiative. You will need excellent PC skills in Word and Excel and knowledge of Explorer, PowerPoint and Access.

The ideal candidate will be intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated. Excellent communication and accurate administrational skills are a must, as is a professional and upbeat manner.
