What is involved in Directory Delivery?

Distributors are contracted by TNT Post to distribute directories close to the area where the applicant resides.

At the bottom of the page is a link to a video that shows the general process involved in distributing a round of directories. Deliverers are required to collect the directories from a local predefined site. At this point you receive full training on the best practices of directory delivering, including advice on health and safety. Deliverers then load a vehicle with the directories and deliver to addresses on their route. Our routes are then audited to ensure that recipients have received their directories in accordance with TNT Post standards.

Our standards encourage deliverers to hand over directories to the recipients in person when possible, or post the books through the letter box. There are times when books may need to be left outside and if so books should be stored safely and discretely or alternatively left with a close neighbour.
